This database presents the bodies established by the Council in accordance with Article 9 of the Convention: Committees, together with the sub-committees, working parties, groups of experts, ad hoc groups, etc., that these Committees have, in their turn, set up to assist them with their work.

On the left side of the screen, the predefined views display currently operative bodies/groups according to various sorting criteria.

For each body/group listed, information is provided, as far as it is available, regarding the Chairs/Vice-Chairs, Members, Observers, dates of creation, mandates and their durations. The information is displayed as is customary in the Directory of Bodies published annually since the mid-seventies.
